Oil, Gas, and Zero Class: Survival Tips from the Careless Casino Sessions #003

If you caught last night’s stream, you know we didn’t just play GTA Online—we survived it. We’ve officially hit the midway point of the Agatha Baker missions, and let me tell you, the difficulty spike is real. From high-speed tanker chases to a rooftop standoff against a Juggernaut, Session #003 was easily our most "sweaty" yet.

Here’s the breakdown of the chaos, the wins, and the tactical lessons learned the hard way.

The Midnight Hero: Annis 300R

We started the night on a high note, showing off the new Annis 300R. After grinding the LS Car Meet Prize Ride challenge, I finally got this beauty kitted out in a Midnight Blue pearlescent. For the car nerds out there, it’s a clear nod to the Wangan Midnight "Devil Z." It looks incredible under the Los Santos streetlights, though it didn't take long for the local PD to try and ruin the paint job.

Mission 4: Taking the Plunge in "Bad Beat"

The goal was simple: cripple the Duggan family’s oil and gas empire. We spent the first half of the mission hunting down four tankers across the city. The real challenge, however, came at the Los Santos Gas Company facility near the port.

After things went south and our vehicle was literal scrap metal, we had to improvise.

The Pro-Tip: If you find yourself pinned down at the port with no ride, take a page out of the Cayo Perico playbook—just start swimming. The AI tends to lose interest once you’re deep enough in the water, and it’s a much safer way to "leave the area" than trying to outrun a dozen SUVs on foot.

The Rooftop War: Special Carbines & Railguns

The highlight of the night was the assault on the Diamond Resort rooftop. This is where the "Careless" in Careless Sessions almost became a "Pointless" as we hit a few brutal restarts.

I finally got to field-test the Special Carbine Mk II with incendiary rounds. The sound, the power, and the lack of a suppressor made it feel like a true "guns blazing" session. But the MVP of the night was the Railgun. When the Duggans sent in a Juggernaut on the helipad, standard lead wasn't cutting it. It took some serious positioning and a few close calls, but railing that Juggernaut into oblivion was the most satisfying moment of the stream.

3 Lessons for GTA Online Beginners

Reflecting on the session while doing some reps on the penthouse deck, here are my three main takeaways for anyone tackling these missions solo:

1. Pillars are your best friends: When you're in the bar/terrace area, find a solid pillar and let the enemies come to you. Don't get greedy with the push.
2. Clear the skies immediately: If you hear a buzzard, drop everything and rail it down. Those helicopters will melt your armor faster than you can snack.
3. Progressive Movement: Don't try to sprint to the objective. Clear a zone, find new cover, and move up only when the mini-map stops glowing red.
