Mission Briefing: Diving into the "Last Dose" with the Railgun & High-Fidelity Gear

Welcome back to the GGXCO dispatch! If you missed the latest Monday night stream, you missed a whirlwind hour of high-stakes extraction, pharmaceutical conspiracies, and some serious hardware talk.

We officially kicked off the Careless Last Dose Sessions, and let’s just say, Los Santos didn’t make it easy for us. We knocked out the first three missions of the saga in record time, but it wasn't without a few close calls.

The Highlights: "This is an Intervention" to "FriedMind"

We started things off with a literal bang in Mission 1. Having $11 million in the bank is nice, but it doesn't protect you from a helicopter's Gatling gun. Luckily, the recent investment in the Railgun paid for itself ten times over. Seeing those helis drop with one well-placed shot is easily the most satisfying way to start a Monday.

By Mission 2 (Unusual Suspects), we were flipping rocks and tracking down hippies at Elysian Island. A quick hack and a retrieved key card later, and we were ready for the big one: FriedMind HQ.

Mission 3 was where things got personal. We went full "James Bond" mode—pistols only for the infiltration—to track down Lab Rat. After a chaotic basement shootout and a high-speed escape, we got our chemist home to the Freakshop. Lab Rat is back, but Dr. Isiah Friedlander definitely has more up his sleeve.

Community Spotlight: Let’s Talk Tech

One of the best parts of the session wasn't just the gameplay—it was the chat. Shoutout to B for the deep dive into streaming setups. We talked:

• The Power of the RTX 4070: Why you don't always need a 4090 to get silky smooth encoding.

• Hardware Moves: Discussing the Lenovo Legion 5 and the Elgato 4K60 as solid entry points for new streamers.

• The Golden Rule: Footage can be "potato quality" sometimes, but if your audio is crisp, your audience will stay. Invest in that mic!

What’s Next?

We are officially halfway through the "Last Dose." My character is moving from "riches to more riches," and we’re capping off every session with some reps at the gym to keep that strength stat capped.
